Job Desc & major Responsibility:
？ This position is based in Xiamen, China and report to WW Ink Cartridge Mfg Manager.
Direct reports are Process/equipment Engineering lead, Product Componenet engineering lead, OEM support engineers, etc;
？ Manage & develop Asia based Mfg Sustaining Engineering team to drive & support continuously ongoing Mfg process, equipment and product components improvements;
？ Provide Sustaining Engineering support to multiple manufacturing plants across the globe, primarily in Asia;
？ WW Mfg process, Equipment and Product Components SPEC owner, engineering change management process owner;
？ Be responsible to work with Research and development team to commercialize new products & process into Manufacturing plants;
？ Key contributor within new product/process development team as Mfg representative, to ensure DFMA is realized throughout the product/process development stages;
？ Technical Interface with suppliers to drive better quality and cost performance by working closely with procurement team and quality team;
Qualification Requirements:
？ Engineering Bachelor Degree or Above, preferred as ME or Automation;
？ Minimum 4 years hand on experience as Engineer and minimum 3 years Engineering group management experience; Work experience in Inkjet industry is a plus;
？ Must be fluent in English;
？ Six Sigma Black belt and strong Lean Manufacturing Experience are preferred;
？ Excellent cross-culture communication and presentation skills are key success factors;
？ Good team player, Self starter and be able to work under pressure;
