For our new Sales department， we urgently need an experienced Technical Sales Manager. He will be responsible for effective and profitable conduct of sales and after-sales service for an international clientele under the direction of General Manager.
He will be responsible for sales， administrative tasks and procedures under self-direction. The position requires a technical degree in engineering or science plus 5+ years of general industrial market sales experience. Also， this individual must have excellent spoken and written English and outstanding communication skills， an outgoing personality， interest in being a team player and a strong desire to sell. Any knowledge of hand-held machinery would be a bonus.
Job Objectives:
1. Grow new accounts as fast as possible and maintain existing international accounts
2. Work with current clients to meet desired sales and service needs
3. Willing to travel frequently
4. Outline， present and sell the value of the company’s products and services that can benefit to the clients needs
5. Building up longterm relationships with our clientele
6. Ensure profitability of accounts through proper pricing and contract management as well as a quanlity and timely service
7. Compose letters and proposals to customers that are clear and concise
8. Document observations and contribute to final reports intended for an internal audience
9. Able to effectively manage time and budget or expense parameters
Experience:
5-10 years of experience in international trade
Helpful Skills:
Any knowledge related to rubber industrial and its customers
