有管理经验,有很强的组织、计划能力
能够管理一个文化、人员、环境等各个方面都很多元化的团队

We are leading agency for corporate sport hospitality.
We created afully owned subsidiary in Beijing in January 2006. We have offices in Paris ,Brussels and Beijing.
We have major references for the coming events in China in our portfolio.
The demand is so high for the events we are preparing that we are looking for our high level production director.
We are looking for the following competencies:
Languages:if your mother tongue is English or French, you must be fluent in Mandarin. If mandarin is your (or one of your) mother tongue (it would be a plus ) you must be fluent in English or French.
Event:you must have had several experiences in worldwide events organization (sporting events would be a plus ) or incoming travel agencies.
Management and working skills:you must know how to prioritize your tasks in a project where you must lead and manage a lot at the same time. You must be able to stand back from things in order to organize the weekly tasks of the production team.You must be extremely organized and rigorous. You must be able to plan and anticipate. You must be able to manage a bi-cultural team with regular new staff members in an ever changing environment. You must be extremely available especially as the event approaches. You must be resistant to high stress and hyper pressure and have the skills to cool down and reassure your team in the hottest moments You must have great human relations skills in order to anticipate the team's problems.
Your tasks:
HR:Team recruitment, staff selection, staff training
Management:you must drive your team (5 today to 10 pax as the events approach) to success,distribute the tasks, organize the weekly objectives,motivate your staff,
Stock sourcing and Management:hotels, buses, providers, partners, ticketing.
Regular update of the management tools (search and gather the info, summarize, and integrate it daily to transfer it to the agency's management.)
Be able to take in charge yourself all the event production tasks (budgets,proposals, client relations,…) in order to learn it to your staff if necessary, coach your team ,control the deliveries, help your staff when they are overloaded…
IT management: upgrade the event management tools with the agency's managers.
Control all the finances related to the project.
Lobbying: you must be able to create and maintain permanent contact with high level decision makers around the project.
Local sales: you must be able to organize and oversee the commercial local forces.
